Sexcapades in space

This book is a campy B-Movie sci-fi romp, rated XXX. I recently read Shaye Marlow's Alaskan Romance books (Two Cabins, One Lake: An Alaskan Romance and Two Captains, One Chair: An Alaskan Romantic Comedy, and laughed through most of them. I was surprised to find she also had penned paranormal and sci-fi romance books. Since SFR is one of my favorite romance genres, I picked up this bundle.
Well, my greatest caution is to pay attention to the title. If you thought the Alaskan Romance books were spicy, then be prepared to have a glass of milk sitting next to you when reading this box set. She basically ties together sexcapades with a loose but interesting space adventure story line. This is a menage book (never my favorite), but there was enough thrill-aspect to the plot that I had to find out what was going to happen to Morgana, Lirich and Achnil. Besides all kinds of mf and mfm action, it was surprisingly filled with alien adventures (arenas, space battles, attacking alien animals, human colonies and more). After a bit, I found myself skimming the sexy times, but it was gratifying to see the trust and emotional connection between Morgana and her men growing throughout the series. Despite some desperate situations for the threesome, there was a light-hearted feel to the book, along with plenty of humor. This is certainly a book meant to amuse and not take too seriously. Kudos to Marlow for providing fair warning and truth in advertising, so she gets four stars for producing a decent story to go with the main thrust of the plot, which is sex. This is entertaining erotica, but avoid if you need intricate narrative and layered characters to go with your romance.

NOT for light erotica readers. For the true readers of hardcore erotica!!

Warning. If you like your erotica Jay light and more "feelings" than you might not entirely enjoy this series. I'm not saying you won't like it. I'm saying that you will need to take off the rose colored glades, grab a bottle of wine, and get ready for a very sexy, hot, erotic adventure. These stories are hot as hell and will make you hot as hell. I love these books the most as i love my erotica with an underline of hardcore content and the bdsm wasn't stupid crap that they're trying to sell you now a days. All anyone who actually participates and this book is a good look at their world..i loved this.

Very good!

Loved this. Absolutely there is explicit sexual ménage content. However, there is also a storyline, and good characters. The sex almost overpowers the story, but the author manages to walk that fine line and make it work. I often find myself going "yeah, yeah and skipping through the repetitive sex scenes. Not this time, somehow she made it all work, and injected emotion into what could have been cold and unappealing aspects of the story. Very good. I am very glad that I didn't find it when it was being published a little at a time. I really dislike that and I probably wouldn't have read it.
